We basically walked in for a SARS Covid test and were done and out the door in about 30 min utes. Convenient, professional, efficient, Everything one could want from an urgent care facility.

For this appointment the receptionist was very kind. The assistant that took me back and administered the exam was super gentle and the PA came in and spent a nice amount of time educating me. The entire appointment took about 30 mins. I was in and out! I was there the week prior and it was a completely different experience! This team that I experienced this time around won me back and I was pleasantly surprised.

First time visit as a walk in to the Emergency Room. From the time I arrive I was treated exceptional well by all staff and the Doctor on duty. I was given an IV for hydration, CT Scan for a Bad Headache, ECT, Urine sample, and Meds for my problems. All this was done during my visit and was out with in a two hour period.

Had to get a DHS USCG Merchant Mariner Clearance physical. Took a bit to get staff who were familiar with it. However, from front desk to James (did not get last name) to Dr Cardenas all were extremely patient, personable and thorough. It was truly a team effort and Jim was also able to train some other employees on process. Please extend them my thanks and Merry Christmas, [FIRST NAME REMOVED]
