When I arrived for my appointment, the receptionist greeted me very graciously, and because I was feeling so badly, she allowed my husband to come in and complete my patient information for me. Then the wait time was very short, the nurse came to get me (he was also very kind, as well as professional). Then when the Provider came in he was very friendly, easy to understand, and most professional, with a great patient “bedside manner!”

An appointment was very quick to get, got me in on same day call with minimal wait time. A clean environment and professional staff was also comforting especially in the COVID era.

Technology integration – appointments by website, patient checkin via tablet, custom software on checking tablet that presented intuitively and performed w/o glitches. People – Prompt, pleasant, professional front desk personnel (love Lauren); Nurse (Becky unsure if that is her name) greeted every patient with a smile and a courteous “How are you?” and “Please, come this way.” (Christmas light bulb display presents a joyous service component ‐ loved it!). Dr. presented as caring, professional, knowledge, empathetic, and human. Place – Sufficient parking, clean, welcoming. Interior spacious, very clean, comfortable. Testing – prompt, safe, secure. How results will be communicated very clear. Customer Satisfaction – propmt contact via text and email presents organizational C.A.R.E. Most extraordinary!
