Fast and good service

I was seen at Med Post on December 16th for an ear infection. I was seen within 15 minutes after arrival. The nurse, of medical assistant, was very kind and understanding. He took my vitals and checked my ears prior to the doctor’s entry. When the doctor entered, he was already prepared to examine and treat my issue. After checking my ears, he confirmed that there was an infection in my right inner ear (he could see that my eardrum was bulging). He asked if I was allergic to any medications (no) and then prescribed an antibiotic to treat the problem. All in all, it was a very efficient and hopefully successful visit. Thank you!

The lady who helped me at the front desk on Thursday, 12/17 at around 11am, was incredibly nice. They seemed busy but she was very pleasant. I really hope she gets treated well by Carespot.
