Appointments can be made quickly and upon arrival; you don’t have to wait too long to see a Doctor. The Staff is very professional and courteous I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Care Spot for any medical need.

I liked how there wasn’t a waiting room full of people. There process was good. The only thing I would improve would be when a patient has been waiting for say an hour a status text or phone call would be helpful. I waited close to 2 hours before I was called in to register. During this time I watched the parking lot empty and then fill up again. The staff and doctor were very nice and made you feel at ease. Despite my waiting experience I would definitely refer family and friends to this office.

I understand the covid restrictions are crazy right now, but they are still bullshit. We don’t act this way for the multitude of other sicknesses out there…..including the flu…which already has vaccines, yet kills thousand every year. I know it’s not your fault, and you’re just giving in to the fear like everyone else, but your waiting room made me feel like I was in a prison visitor waiting room. Is there contagious viruses in a TV? Nope. How about the coffee maker? Nope. A Keurig can easily be kept clean….especially when you make everyone sanitize their hands upon entry. Also, I’m pretty sure music doesn’t get people sick. Something….anything but pure silence and no amenities whatsoever.

Quick service. They squeeze me in because I didn’t have an appointment, and I was out with my prescription in less than 45 min. All Personal nice and professional.

I like the doctors at Urgent Care. I would like the people who work the front desk to be a little more engaging and tell people why they are waiting when the room is full and people are standing in a line outside. Communication is important. Front Desk position needs to learn how to be informative and keep the flow going at the best of their ability. Thank you

I would have put 10 but I put a 9 only because I wasn’t impressed AT ALL ny the carespot on Ceasey. I very much had a wonderful experience at the Carespot on monument road. Very kind and caring staff, nurses and doctors.
