Finding a an urgent care to see me on an issue that was NOT covid related took me hours. I found Medpost and they got me in that day for a strep test.

Friendly, efficient and speedy. There front counter Receptionist is absolute peach and deserve a Pat on the back as she makes everyone feel welcomed and that there needs will be tended too! Top notch service.

All personnel were efficient and collegial. If possible, I do wish to send an apology to the physician who saw me react with less than adult emotions to her assessment of my health condition. She taught me a much-appreciated lesson! Cleveland Clinic, as she advised, saw me promptly, re-tested me, and assured me that my kidney test results did not warrant hospitalization. Everyone involved with me that day exceeded my expectations. But, please do pass on to the doctor that I am not really such a “baby”–was just dealing with a lot of unexpected bad news at the same time. I do feel a bit ashamed of how I presented myself to her.
