The professionalism and courteous manner by which I have been treated. My last visit on 12/14, the doctor sent me to the OPMC ER as he did not like the sound in my lungs and ordered blood-work and a Covid -19 test.

Matthew, our PA, was terrific. He explained everything to my son so well, had a great bedside manner and did a great job with the stitches. I was so happy that we had not gone to the ER!
