The only thing I did not like was the wate. An appointment was made for 11:30 am and I waited until 12;15 pm to see the doctor. Dr. Jason Misel was the same one I had last time. He was the greatest. The first time I could not breath very well and he sent me to the ER. I spent 6 days at Assention. Was released with the same problem I had to begin with. Bronchitis. I was given the million dollar work up and sent home with bronchitis. I went to see Jason again and he gave me the right antibiotic and after the first antibiotic was taaken i felt somuch better. Thank you Jason for all your help. You are a good doctor!!! I do have a suggestion for wiping thoes boards you collect information on. I was watching everyone at the desk disinfect thoes boards.I noticed when you disinfect them you only wipe the top. Those boards are handled on top and on the bottom as well as the sides! When you disinfect them they need to be disinfected with a clorax wipe on top and bottom. You use one wipe to wipe the top and sides. Another to wipe the bottom and then one more to wipe top and bottom. It has been properly disinfected. You are not cleaning them properly to hand out to patients. If they have covid it could be on the bottom of the board or the sides!!! Wipe properly. Do not spread covid.. You must do this to kill all the virus. Not just the top of the board Shame on you guys. Take the time. It is worth it……

Helen and Kendra were wonderful, very professional but at the same time warm and friendly they took care of the deep cut on my finger almost as soon as I walked into the clinic on a busy Friday afternoon, Helen made sure my finger was numb before she stitched, kept asking if I was okay and if I was feeling any pain. Kendra made an appointment for me to come back to have the stitches removed in a week so I wouldn’t have to wait as a walk in, I have told all my friends and family bout the exceptional care I received.
