I was very impressed from the moment I walked into the office. From the beginning to the end, my appointment took one hour, and that is with me being new to the office. Not only did the doctor attend to the test I requested, but also offered another diagnostic to be certain my sore throat wasn’t strep. She also followed up with a third potential diagnosis and offered a remedy for me as I would be traveling out of state in the next week. I felt very well taken care of, and I do appreciate it. I like that they all made me feel normal even though I was there for the most embarrassing treatment. The receptionist was super kind and patient in regards to my insurance mishap. The nurse and doctor was phenomenal. She explained my results with so much patience and empathy. I was nearly in tears when I came in, and left knowing more about my results and confident that I would be okay. I definitely would and have recommended this location to close ones.
