We have had to go to carespot 3x since 11/30/20. They were great with the kids when they were getting tested for flu, strep and covid. The older lady with gray/white hair, I can’t remember her name was great with the kids on 11/30. They were quick to bring us back when there was issue with one of the samples. When one came back positive, she called me and spoke with me and made sure I knew that they’re there for us if we need to come back. On 12/7, I was having SOB due to my own covid DX, I came to carespot, called while I was in the parking lot, the receptionist had me come in and measure my oxygen asap. On 12/10/20, I was still having lingering affects, I saw Nikita. Nikita was great with me, very reassuring, she listened to my concerns and I really appreciated it bc I was kind of panicked with my SOB & my blood pressure. This last 2 weeks dealing with Carespot have been great compared to a visit we had a month ago(I think it was just an off day up there). I greatly appreciate the way they’ve dealt with us recently and reassuring us about our concerns with having Covid. Thank you to the staff, from the front check in all the way thru. I can’t remember all the names, but the PA/ARNP(unsure of their credentials) the older lady with the head full of gray/ white hair and Ms. Nikita, have been awesome with us! Thank you. 🙂

The time to wait to see the doctor has improved or it was because I had an early appointment.

Normally, I can be seen the same day I call. Some injuries or infections just can’t wait for an appointment two or three weeks away. A clinic like this helps keep me from having to go to a hospital for something that can be addressed immediately by this clinic. Front office staff, doctors and PAs are always friendly, thorough and attentive. I also like the fact that if I need a prescription, they send it directly to my pharmacy so I only have to go there once to pick up my prescription rather than twice to drop it off and pick it up later.
