Staff was incredibly friendly and patient. I was a walk in and the nurse accommodated me and my mom to be seen the best she could. Medical assistant was very thorough and precise on taking our vitals and also listening to our concerns. The doctor also did a great job at listening to our concerns and explaining in Great details our possible outcome. Overall staff was amazing, friendly, understanding, patients, caring and knowledgeable will be returning again

Although we arrived 15 minutes early for our appointment and were seen 30 minutes late, there was no question as to why. There were many patients. None of the staff were sitting around and all working at a fast pace. They remained courteous, professional, and personable. They genuinely wanted to give every patient the best care, and yet get them in and out as quickly as possible for everyone’s safety. There were clear intentions to ensure social distancing, and plenty of antibacterial gel and masks for those that didn’t have them. I usually go to a nearby NextCare, but I think I’m switching to MedPost!!!
