Med Post had availability. It was easy to make an appointment online and walk in. The place is clean and and therefore believe to be hygienic. The staff seemed friendly and sincere. My doctor was easy to understand, professional and trustworthy. I felt that he gave me a thorough evaluation and mot rushed . Results were quick and easily given via email or text. I only wish that they can expand to be my primary physician for my family and I. They are even great with kids.

Your office staff were very helpful in expediting my services despite short notice. As a healthcare worker I would like to see a better process for office visits though. I saw many people walk in and inquire about covid testing and then walk out. Perhaps a parking lot phone call setup? Just a thought

Everyone was very courteous and professional. I went to another MedPost in Placentia first. The person at the front desk was very rude. She said she was too busy to check to see if they honored my insurance. A waiting room patient came to the door as I was leaving and suggested I go to Yorba Linda because they treat patients much nicer. So true.

The are prompt with appointment times. Caring/friendly staff.The doctors take their time. It’s much better then an emergency room for non life threatening situations that need immediate attention. I only wish they were open 24/7.
