Nikki was excellent! She could not provide the test she felt I needed. She advised me to go to Florida hospital Altamonte. I expressed how nervous I was to go to the er due to covid. She explained how cautious the hospital was so I took her advice and went. Let me just say Thank goodness I listened to Nikki. I am writing this from my hospital room. I was diagnosed with diverticulitis with a micro tear. The doctors said they are glad I came when I did due to all the complications I could have had. So a BIG Thank you to Nikki!!

Doctor was very detailed on explaining everything. She also was throughly with my physical check, and gave me alternatives for my solutions to my symptoms. I also loved that they provide papsmears and blood drawn at the same facility!
