Quick and friendly

Everyone was kind and helpful as soon as we entered the office. We were helped filling out the forms without feeling like we were bothering the very kind and patient young lady working at the front desk. The nurse who called us back and took all of our medical information was also very nice and kind. Dr. Skidmore did not keep us waiting. He took his time and made sure we did not have any questions after he checked us out. We are very happy with our visit at Care Spot. We were able to be seen right away. Easy to read, and fastes way to get results. No need to call the doctor’s office and wait for someone to get time to call back which can take up to two days from you calling them.

From the initial phone me call to me showing up A+. The doctor, nurses, cna, radiologist A+. I don’t have any complaints. I hope you know how valuable your staff is! I would definitely go to your office rather than the hospital! I appreciate all that they did for me. I hope you have care spots all around because hands down absolutely better

The staff was friendly and supportive. They kept me completely informed about the wait time and what to expect, I was never left hanging. The facility was spotless and they managed the COVID-19 separation very well.

Everyone was extremely nice, took the time to answer our questions, did not make us feel rushed. very comfortable environment. The facility was clean and inviting, we did not feel like we may pick up something we did not come there with already 🙂 You all do a great job, I was impressed. thank you so much!
