Quick and courteous

The facility was clean and looked very maintained. The nurse practitioner was very attentive, friendly, and humorous. Overall the entire staff was very friendly.

We were on vacation to see the UF GAME.. and an ear ache appeared out of no where.. I first called another location the carespot on archor at 4 pm and they told me no more walk ins (and they close at 8?) so then i called this location a young lady picked up and i know she can hear my pain because she later i asked me if that was me.. she told me yes come on in we will take care of you.. i walked in lovely young lady with beautiful curly hair (sorry i didnt get names) gave me an ipad and after that took me right back… the PA webb was fast but i know he was because he knew i was in pain and knew i didnt want to be there.. they let me know they sell meds i bought them and was wuiclly on my way.. i am an xray tech and worked at urgent care for 8 years and the way they treated me is exactly the way i would treat my pts… they were all super lovely and understanding with me!!! Thanks you guys!!!!
