Well since everything that has been going through when it comes to this pandemic. I thought for sure that I was going to wait for a long time to be seen or even be waiting outside in the cold to be seen. But that was not the case even though I had an appointment I never thought that I was going to be seen so fast and the lobby was going to be pretty much empty when I got there. I was greeted politely and I check in and did my paperwork. I did not have to wait long at all to be called in. Everyone was pleasant and kind. I was impressed with the whole experience
