On time appointment honored. Congenial / professional staff. I was a bit dismayed about the cleanliness of the facility and especially the exam room I was tested in. The floors needed attention—scuff marks, rust stains, apparent ground in dirt in tile floors, large water stains on the ceiling tiles from an apparent leak (?). Not a very welcoming site.

I love the fact that I could register on line and have an appointment. The staff is exceptional. Because I had an appointment, I was in and out within 45 minutes.
