Was able to be seen without an appointment. I make appointments with my doctors office. Urgent care I am supposed to be able to get in without an appointment. I really appreciate being seen without an appointment.

The reception didn’t listen to me and put me in a room that you seen covid-19 patients in and I didn’t have covid-19 so that upset me very much..I feel she should’ve listen to what I was telling her and do her job like paperwork and not diagnosed me with covid-19 and I had pneumonia and the physician assistant was very polite to me and listen to what I had to say about my health unlike the rest of your staff there if I had to recommend the office staff I would say once u get pass the office staff that the physician would get my recommendations for his excellent job he did
