Nurse and Physician’s Assistant were professional and answered all my questions. PA understood I was from out of town and that my primary physician had just left to practice in a new town. I had not met her replacement when we came to Jacksonville for my husband’s treatment at the Mayo Clinic. The PA provided a form to help me find a primary physician in Jacksonville during our stay.

Could be seen by a doctor with minimal notice. Call schedule online and show up.

No comments. However, most medical offices have bottle water or a water cooler with plastic cups for the customer’s. This office had nothing.
