Used Medpost for a pre employment drug test. Russell, was at the front desk, was extremely friendly and processing the paperwork. Russell explained every step of the test. Explaining the proper procedure for drug test. He was professional but also interacted with me as a person. Russell is certainly a credit to that location. The young woman who came out to take my temperature was NOT. She never spoke to me, jammed the thermometer into my ear so hard, I flinched. She never even apologized. She was very unprofessional and needs more training on how to interact with people. You may need to remind her that she could have punctured an ear drum.
