The wait has never been too long, even before the Covid pandemic started. That is the BEST part of MedPost! I also appreciate the fact that they offer online scheduling. That has been so convenient on several occasions. The staff is always courteous and prompt as well. The doctors and nurses are easy to talk to, and they explain your diagnosis and treatment plans thoroughly. The clinic hours are also very convenient.

You all were extremely informative and had mastery of the Covid-19 pandemic information. I liked the idea of an medical assistant administering the Covid-19 test directly to me instead of doing it myself. I appreciated how you accepted my insurance and avoided reams of paper work. Most of all, The results came in within two days of the actual test time. So, I received my results in less than two days! When I called, the receptionist easily set up an appointment for the next day. I didn’t have to go a website filling out a bunch of paper work with proof of insurance before I can be accepted to be tested. A nuisance (Covid-19) became a convenience, thanks Med-Post!
