The people checking you in are pleasant. The other staff including the doctor listened to the issues and facts and made their assessments from that. Communication was clear as well. I didn’t feel like just a number and a burn and turn victim. Please do not change this atmosphere. This is ehat will make you more successful and a cut above the rest.
