I visited Urgent Care for the second time and again, received great care and attention from the provider and the nurse. I also received great follow up care from the attending provider (Vince) when I called back with questions a few days later and ended up needing a follow-up prescription. I don’t find this bedside manner common among doctors and as really surprised to find it at an urgent care facility. I would not hesitate to send family or friends there.

The staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. The facility was clean. My only concern is the records are not up to date, despite documenting updates at each visit; i.e., current email , pharmacy and medications need to be updated for the file. Thank you
