Polite friendly staff results came back fast

Online appointment scheduling is easy and I like you can do the majority of the paperwork so it doesn’t have to be done when you get there. I was in and out within 45 minutes and the staff was amazing. The PA, Katie Mallaburn was EXCELLENT! I have visited the Care Spot on Beach in Jacksonville twice this year while visiting my daughter each time. Seems I don’t like to drink the water and get myself in trouble. Both times this Care Spot has been great.

Appointments make sure you are seen in a timely fashion. Front office staff is friendly and efficient. Medical personnel seem knowledgeable and take care to ensure you understand care instructions and/or next steps. Highly recommend!

Great people who care. I was met with wonderful happy employees who weren’t doing a job, they were taking care of my health and enjoying it. Whatever you are doing to manage that location… keep it up. But treat those employees like they are gold, because they are.
