The receptionist was very polite. The nurse was also very nice and was very careful with the covid test. The doctor and nurse answered all the questions I had and provided a letter for work for my family. Unfortunately, I had the test on Saturday and when I had not heard from them on Wednesday, I had to call. They said they did not have the results yet. I was finally called by the doctor on Thanksgiving day.
