I write this review with disappointment. Disappointed that I couldn’t give a higher rating. Today and Friday, I felt like making this Urgent care my primary physician. The care that I received on both days from my doctor was everything a doctor should have and, in my experience, some lack. The passion and customer service was exactly what I needed with some negative news. I was able to go back and get the same test after the doctor observed my results and asked about my medications. Without knowing it, I wasn’t knowledgeable and was hurting my heart as a 32 year old male. Maybe it could have been the hair on my chest that disturbed the results, but I took this experience as a great time to make some moves for myself. All the staff is always friendly and helpful. Without a doubt, Best place ive been for help.

I’ve been to this office twice in the last month. When I went there the first time a Male Doctor there – I believe the main one – last mne starts with an M. – didn’t listen to my heart or lungs. Didn’t check my ears or my throat. Stayed away from me completely. Made me feel awful. I had to go back because I was sick again – the nurse practitioner Joanne was great. She did everything he didn’t. I understand that it’s scary times but why be seen by a doctor that doesn’t want to see you? My last experience with the nurse practitioner was great. The nurse on staff was great.

The receptionist was gracious and helpful. I was seen on time. The NP listened attentively and offered appropriate counsel. I left hopeful that my health situation would be resolved. The visit short but very productive.
