My husband took our son in on Friday night, and while I don’t have specifics (other than that they were seen by Steven, PA), it was a very good experience over all. Everything occurred efficiently, however, they did have to wait in the exam room for the follow up/close-out visit before they were discharged. My husband thought that process took longer than he expected it would. We are very pleased with the follow up communication though. They called to report test results and check in on our son’s status about 48 hours later, and I was able to consult with Steven on my son’s ongoing symptoms. Steven was very helpful! Also, we appreciate how quickly your center turned around the testing results from the lab for the PCR test our son took. Thank you!
