Rudy and Pearl were amazing! It’s not fun dealing with sick children especially when they are refusing testing on a holiday! Pearl remained patient and calm until we were able to get the testing we needed. Thank you both again!

I was able to get an appointment quickly, even on a holiday. When I arrived the facility was very clean and following all the Covid-19 rules of distance. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes! They were professional and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I received my results in 24 hours and they were explained to me thoroughly.

Wait time not bad at all. But a male receptionist at the cerritos location on Thanksgiving wasn’t too friendly. Matter of fact his whole demeanor wasn’t welcoming. FYI, if someone is going to work front desk, especially with people already not feeling well, he should be more friendly and approachable. Please make sure he is informed of his attitude. Thank you
