The PA was excellent. You need a better appointment software. I received confirmation texts and reminders, but when I showed up there was no record of my appointment. There is no confirmation number or anything to print showing your date and time. I had to wait over an hour my appointment time and arrived 15 minutes early to be on time. The front desk person was very nice, as well.

I really liked Jaclyn, the PA … she is a vibrant, smart, confident young woman. I was in a lot of pain and Maureen came in to get me taken care of as soon as possible. I’m getting older now and it’s good to see such caring young women taking the reins. GREAT bedside manner for all there! The Customer Service is so important … the aloof people need to go. When we are hurting we don’t need to be treated with distance. These gals were tops! .
