I appreciated the very friendly service. Caitlin, who checked me in and also took my vital signs was wonderful–very friendly, apologetic that I had to reschedule my appointment due to a problem with their scheduling, and enthusiastic about her job. The PA who administered my Covid test was also very friendly and did a great job.

Everything well explained. Though I had to wait I was told it was due to an emergency- I’d like to think that if that was me I would be taken promptly. Everyone was courteous and communicative. Very clean.

Services were great once I got in to see a physicians assistant. The office staff were slow to acknowledge that you were there to be helped. But I do understand that training new people can come at a cost, but It should not come at the patients expense. Seeing that I was a walk in 2 hours was not bad for the day before a holiday. And the prescription was sent to CVS quickly. Thank you.
