Making appointments online Wait time could’ve been better once we arrived especially if someone that is symptomatic of COVID is also in waiting room Results could’ve come faster Front desk staff could’ve been friendlier Rated a 10 bc of convenience Didn’t like that I was sent away without treatment done the sinus infection/issues I was dealing with in addition to wanting a COVID test

Friendly professional service. Very conscientious on social distancing and Covid19 precautions. I was there for a non covid related issue and I felt safe. The gentleman at the desk was very good at limiting the number of people in the reception area.
