The MedPost team has been truly amazing, kind and professional the few times I’ve visited this Urgent Care. They focused on making sure all my questions were answered, they all showed genuine kindness to me and my niece and when it came to the reason for the visit, they actually took the time to talk to my niece at her level. With her being a child, that truly meant the world to her!! They all made her feel like she was heard, important and truly cared for by the staff. Most places would speak directly to the adult, but with MedPost they actually spoke with my niece regarding our concerns, they made her feel comfortable and genuinely listened to what she was concerned about as well. We would both like to thank Miranda, Teresa, Steven and Dr. Danielle Welk for taking such good care of my niece and me! You’re a wonderful team and we hope you all know how much you’re appreciated!!! We will continue to visit MedPost for any urgent matters and will also recommend MedPost to our friends and family. Everyone I encountered was very courteous & professional. It’s obviously busy right now with the testing, the staff was great about explaining all the steps involved. And received my test results the next day!
