I didn’t have a long wait for my testing. The woman at the front desk was very nice and very efficient. The Nurse Practitioner who gave me the test was very gentle and answered all my questions.

I had an excellent experience, top notch! I walked in with a dog bite in my leg that there was a lot of blood. The nurse at the front desk was quick to alert the back and being me back. She took the time to tell the person who was supposed to go back next that it would be a moment but I was going back first and he would be next. Once he looked over at me he understood. There was a nurse in the room I walked into to help me and the doctor was quick to come in to check out the bite. They followed the local laws of reporting the incident since the i was not the owner of the dog who bit me. Their bedside manner was incredible, very empathetic and were even able to get me to laugh which is what I needed. I was very tense and it was a group effort that they were able to get me to relax. I can’t imagine what it must be like to work in urgent care during the middle of a pandemic as numbers rise but they didn’t let it show if they were exhausted or burned out. I’m so grateful for everyone who was apart of my visit, they all handled everything with professionalism and exceptional care.

The girl working the front desk was amazing and deserves a raise! It looked as if she was doing the work of 3 people but handled it effortlessly and still maintained a friendly and professional attitude. Everyone in the back office was friendly and efficient and even during peak hours, I was in and out within an hour. I was very satisfied.
