My first call set the tome. Ron was extremely helpful. I got to my appointment and the registrar was extremely busy. Multiple lines ringing, lobby full of people needing to be taken care of. Michelle never missed a beat. She maintained courtesy and professionalism and efficiency. The tech in the back was friendly and professional as was the doctor. The entire cycle of service has left a lasting good impression. I will say, working in a hospital myself, that I was SHOCKED that your employees are not protected. There is no plexiglass separating them from the public. Plain blue face masks. Broken hand sanitizer stations throughout. I saw one that worked, when you first enter. Your employees did a fantastic job representing YOU. The least you can do is protect the health and well being of your staff. Sanitizer should be available and in working order. N95’s and full face shields should be provided. Plexiglass should be installed in your reception area. Sanitizing wipes should be on hand to wipe down and return the tablets. Your lack of concern for your employees makes me think twice about giving you my business or recommending you to others.
