The nurse that treated me was very kind, however, there was an issue when I was signing in. The front desk said there was an issue confirming my copayment, I have been to other care spots and did not have this issue, my insurance representative called the front desk just to say the payment amount. The inconvenience was just a waste of time when I was trying to sign in to get my place in line.
