Every member of MedPost staff was courteous and professional, despite our surging cases of COVID19. I was feeling out of sorts and bot myself, but they each treated me as a significant patient and delivered utmost care. After my medical assessment and care, I felt better physically and emotionally. Thank you MedPost entire staff for your empathy, wisdom & skills!

The facility was clean and efficient. Both the staff as well as the physicians were courteous and knowledgeable. Being new to San Antonio, I feel comfortable knowing I have a safe and competent urgent care to assist my family’s needs.

Easy to check in and fast to see the doctor. Once in the room the doctor explained the next steps we were going to take. Staff was super friendly!!

Easy check-in process. Everyone was courteous and very professional. I didn’t have to wait very long to get checked out. Results were sent to me within 48 hours.

The personnel there are fantastic! They are very personable, they are welcoming…. You get an instant feel that they truly care about the patients as ‘people’, not just patients. They’re always smiling and upbeat, positive. No matter how much pain you walk in with, you always feel better when you’re leaving. I would rather go here than my regular doctor. They’ve always taken care of the injury or issue with no having to return or revisit. They’re convenient as to the location and hours. Love them!!!
