THE STAFF WAS PHENOMENAL. FROM CHECK IN TO THE DRUG SCREEN STAFF MEMBER, EVERYONE WAS SO VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WAS VERY WELCOMING. FAST FRIENDLY SERVICE WAS GREATLY APPRECIATED. WILL COME BACK HERE IN THE EVENT I EVER HAVE AN URGENT CARE NEED.

I recently came in for a head gash and was immediately taken to a room to be examined. I was treated with timely and effective care. The clinic made a wise choice for me that I could not see and they called an ambulance to take me to the hospital. I wanted to commend the Saturday night crew on 11/07/20 for their great help. Everyone was nice when I called to ask questions. We were told there weren’t any appts available but we could walk in if we wanted to. We were in and out for a COVID test in 35 min. It was very smooth.

The employees. PLEASE PLEASE thank them all. From front desk to nurse to Doctor Stephanie as I call her. And the doctor who called the next day with concerns. I forgot his name. Please thank them. I was in such pain. I always go to care spot for quick things, a cold etc. I always make appts. but in this case you were all booked. I had to go I was hurting and they got me in as fast as they could and they were so so busy. I felt bad for them . It was one person after the other. I can not thank you all enough.
