My husband was seen in a timely manner, the check in process was easy and the treatment he received was what I was expecting of an Urgent care. I cannot speak for the bedside manners because I was not allowed to go in with him but my husband was happy. The only reason why I deducted a point is because the Front office/check in staff could have been warmer. She was not rude, but not friendly either. Cold.

I think the services offered a good however, when a parent comes with their child they should be able to go in for treatment with the child, one more person will not make a difference. All other services are great
