Ease of scheduling appointments. Literally across the street from my neighborhood. I could walk there if necessary. Courteous personnel. Quality care.

There was an emergency while I was waiting, they apologized for the wait but I completely understand. They saved the man’s life. Kudos to rapid response they exhibited! They should have a 5 star rating!!!

Michelle at the Front Desk is wonderful, she is helpful, respectful, intelligent, and customer service oriented. I brought my team of 11 people in for Covid-19 testing over the course of 3 days and every day Michelle diligently handled our intake and paperwork with ease and comfort. I had quick and friendly service at the North Indio location. They got me in right when I got there and the doctor was very helpful. I had tried to be seen at the La Quinta location but the woman working the front did not seem to want to have me as a patient. First she told me there would be a wait and then when I mentioned having back pain she brushed me off to another location saying that I should go somewhere else because they didn’t offer spinal x-rays. So I started driving towards the Palm Desert location only to find out that they were very busy and I wasn’t likely to be seen for at least four hours. So I called the north Indio location and the woman on the phone said that she could get me in right away. I was able to see the doctor quickly and it turned out I didn’t even need an x-ray. So I had driven around for an hour trying to go to different locations when I could have been seen at the La Quinta one.
