I scheduled a same day appointment for multiple symptoms. I walked in five minutes past my scheduled appt time. Front office Medical Assistant had no issue with that. I checked in with my ID ans insurance card. Sat down and was called to be seen within 2 minutes. All staff and patients wore masks and gloves. The place was spotless in the waiting room and within the room I was seen in. Jonathan Tan PA. was beyond patient, kind, genuinely concerned and attentive. I was swabbed for Covid (given a few of my symptoms,) then a chest x ray, followed by an EKG from a very kind and professional male technician that was quite helpful. Wow. What a great experience. I will continue to go to this urgent care because of their great staff. Thank you MedPost!

Although my wait time went well past my appointment time, the customer service was extremely nice and friendly. I understand you are busy with so many patients so one would expect lousy customer service but not here. Everyone was really nice and friendly and made my anxiety settle down just a bit. Thank you to your staff for working under difficult conditions and still find a way to be pleasant. E
