Prompt and friendly service, for the most part ( could improve communication with patients sitting alone/ waiting in a treatment room with no clue how long they are going to have to sit there by themselves before someone will come in to help them!). I have been confident with the treatment I have received, every time I have been there…and that is no small thing! Likewise, the treatment I have received has led to the issue that took me there being resolved successfully.
