Everyone at Medpost was very polite and nice. My COVID results were rushed since I am in healthcare. Labcorp sent me an email saying my results were ready, but they never put anything on their portal. I called Medpost and they gave me a phone number for Labcorp. Labcorp ended up hanging up on me when I wanted to know if there was something wrong and why they would send an email, but not post my results. Medpost helped several times check the spelling of my name and trying to find out why Labcorp sent and email but no results. Everyone has been very helpful and I greatly appreciate it.

Was able to check in very quickly. I was seen quickly as well. The only issue was I didn’t receive an invoice or statement from my visit. I was there tor a covid test. So I get they wanted me in and out. But something saying I was there for my employer would have been helpful.
