The services I received last night (10/29) and today were outstanding. I called as an insured of Kaiser/Permanente with some discomfort in my ears and having been told that ears were blocked. I was able to make a same day appointment at your Palm Desert Location. I felt safe upon arrival as it all health and safety protocols were being followed. After a short wait I was seen by Dr. Smith who confimed the need for ear extraction treatment. Escarlett was the clinician and did an outstanding job with efficiency. Dr. Smith checked a couple of times and it was determined that the blockage was extensive. They arranged for me to come back this morning and Eugene, the clinician completed the work and my ears are now clear. Dr Smith was outstanding also, and I must mention Amanda the office manager who was very kind and gracious. It was evident that each one of these employees made me feel comfortable and in goos hands and i received the best of medical care.
