The service (like last time) for my COVID test was spot on. I was comfortable with the overall process and the new “procedure’ was not as evasive (front of nasal cavity only, not deep into the passages). Getting the results was quick too – within 48 hrs and getting it on my iPhone was priceless. Being an essential worker that performs a lot of business trips, many of my suppliers require a documented negative COVID result in order for me to be allowed into their facility.

It took about an hour after my scheduled interview to finally be seen. Despite being looked at well over my scheduled time, I was treated with respect by all staff to include the female physician I was seen by. The pandemic has impacted many lives and businesses leaving many people a bit grumpy and upset but I truly felt the professionalism from all staff members I encountered from the female receptionist up front, to the female physician I was seen by. Thank you all and keep up the good work. I know this pandemic has changed so much but keep up the great work.
