I appreciated being able to reserve my spot in line remotely, so I could wait to be seen in a more comfortable location than a crowded waiting room during a pandemic. I also appreciated being given an estimated time to be seen. Even though it was an hour and 45 minutes after my check in time, knowing roughly how long it would be makes it a bearable amount of time. If I had been sitting in the waiting room that entire time, expecting I might be called back at any minute, the wait would have felt like forever.
