I went in for services that I thought I needed, but actually didn’t. I am so grateful that the PA was honest with me about my services possibly not being covered by insurance and asking the staff to refund my copay since I actually didn’t need the visit after talking with him. Probably saved me $300 of my own money. I was truly taken aback by the honesty and generosity. They could have easily taken my money and ran, but instead looked out for me as a human being and I am beyond grateful. They are not just out for money; they care about people. I will for sure be recommending to any friends. Thank you!!!
