Efficiency of scheduling and processing patients. And when there was a delay (less than 30 minutes), I received at least 3 explanations, apologies throughout the 30 minutes, even though you include an explicit warning that emergencies can cause delays (and I have waited SO much longer in traditional medical offices with zero apology or even acknowledgement). Just efficiently managed, and I appreciate so much that you respect my time.
