I was a walk-in on Saturday,10/17/20. Waited 4 hours to get a Covid Test. I understand, but because they had my information( as I had been there–720 Building Carespot, for 2 prior Covid Tests in the last 3 months) I thought they could get me squeezed in. That was not the case but thank you anyway, the actual treatment people were great—[FIRST NAME REMOVED]

Everyone was so kind to me on my first visit on 10/08/20. i was feeling so poorly and didn’t know what was wrong with me. My throat was so swollen, I could hardly speak. My first contact was the nurse who was very professional and courteous. When Dr. Cardenas came into the room, I knew immediately that she was very caring, professional, and wanted to actually help me. I had a COVID test and a strep test. Dr. Cardenas gave me two scripts and hoped these would help. Luckily, both tests turned out negative. I returned the next week on 10/13/20 with a sore throat again. Dr. Cardenas tested me herself for strep again. Thankful, this was negative too. It turns out I had a viral throat infection and Dr. Cardenas gave me great advice on how to proceed forward. I can’t thank all of the staff, from being greeted as I came in and for two pleasant visits. I am feeling much better today. Kudos to Dr. Cardenas and the staff. I noticed on my second visit that people that were already in the office and the several people that walked in after me, were, well simply put, rude. They didn’t think they needed to be patient and wait their turn. Thank for all of your help!!!
