I have always gotten excellent care at Care Spot. In addition, I felt like everyone there cared about me and gave me personal attention and advice. Now, with the pandemic, I noted and appreciated the safety precautions, in addition to everything else. Thanks to everyone there for the very good care and attention!

The whole operation was organized and smooth. Wait time was minimal even though I had an appointment. Appreciated being able to see a doctor on a Saturday on short notice. Feel that his recommendations were solid and appropriate.

The receptionist and doctor were great. The nurse was not as friendly at first but she eventually became friendlier when she realized that I was in real pain. I’m leaving this feedback to make it known that when people come to see a doctor, urgent care or hospital, they are sick and not feeling well and are looking for some empathy. The doctor that saw me was great and showed great empathy and knowledge. I will use you guys again in the future. Thank you.
