The facility was very modern and had a welcoming design to the waiting room. All of the staff were very friendly and patient with myself and the other visitors. I visited for a pre-op covid-19 test and I was grateful my daughter was allowed in, as both of my wrists are broken. She was allowed into the exam room as well and that provided me with comfort for the actual swab test as well.
