The appointment process was simple and clear. The front desk folks were all very kind. The doctor that I saw gave me a full explanation about my symptoms and diagnosis without me feeling rushed. Basically the best urgent care experience I have ever had!

The Kenworthy branch has a lovely staff who is always friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience here. Even when extremely busy, they are professional and kind.
